21. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return for eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with any manufacturer seals intact.

Approved returns must be mailed within 14 calendar days after approval. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge restocking or return-processing fees for eligible unopened products.

We inspect eligible returns and process refunds within 2–3 business days of receiving them. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the price paid for the returned product and applicable sales tax.

Separate assistance is available for wrong, damaged, or defective products, including products opened to discover a problem. Pharmaquipt covers required return shipping and replacement costs for confirmed issues. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund for the affected product, including applicable sales tax.

Clearance products identified as final sale before purchase, gift cards, and other exclusions are addressed in our full Return Policy. Please review that policy before requesting a return.

22. Order Confirmation and Availability

After you place an order, we will email an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

We do not accept backorders. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you, cancel the unavailable item, and refund any payment collected for it, including applicable sales tax.

23. Shipping and Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Our cutoff is 1:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday and 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

We offer free shipping with no minimum purchase to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico, including large equipment and freight orders. We do not ship to other US territories, international destinations, PO boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States and 10–14 business days after shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Transit time is separate from processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We email tracking information when orders ship. If an order ships in separate packages, we provide tracking information for each shipment.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised shipment timeframe or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. This does not mean that we accept backorders for unavailable products.

24. Incorrect Shipping Addresses, Order Changes, and Cancellations

Please carefully check your shipping address and order details before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to request an order change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Pharmaquipt is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Orders submitted with an unsupported shipping address will be cancelled and fully refunded.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Return Policy.

This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights arising from shipment delays or other rights available under applicable law.
