Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase an eligible product through Pharmaquipt using the Subscribe & Save 5% option. By starting a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

How Your Subscription Works

When you select Subscribe & Save 5%, you authorize Pharmaquipt to automatically create recurring orders and charge your selected payment method based on the delivery frequency you choose.

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no long-term commitment, and you may skip an upcoming order or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is processed.

Subscription Discount

Active subscriptions receive 5% off the regular price of eligible subscription products.

The discount:

Applies only to products eligible for Subscribe & Save
Applies while the subscription remains active
Does not apply to taxes or other charges
Cannot be combined with certain other discounts or promotions
May be changed or discontinued for future subscription orders with appropriate notice

The price and discount displayed when you place your first subscription order will apply to that order. Future orders will be charged at the subscription price in effect when each recurring order is processed.

Recurring Orders and Automatic Payments

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Pharmaquipt to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order.

The amount charged may include:

The current subscription price of the product
Applicable taxes
Shipping charges, when applicable
Other charges disclosed before the order is processed

Your billing schedule is based on the delivery frequency selected when starting or updating your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription using the secure subscription management link included in your subscription emails.

Available management options may include:

Skipping an upcoming order
Changing an upcoming order date
Changing your delivery frequency
Updating your shipping address
Updating your payment information
Canceling your subscription

Subscription changes must be submitted before the next recurring order is processed.

Skipping an Order

You may skip an upcoming subscription order before it is processed. Skipping an order affects only that scheduled order and does not cancel your subscription.

Unless you cancel or make another change, recurring orders will continue according to your subscription schedule after the skipped order.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next recurring order is processed.

Canceling your subscription prevents future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel, return, or refund an order that has already been processed, charged, shipped, or delivered.

Payment Failures

If your payment method cannot be charged, we or our subscription service provider may retry the payment and notify you that your payment information needs to be updated.

Your recurring order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed. You remain responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Shipping and Delivery

Subscription orders are shipped to the shipping address associated with your subscription. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and current.

Shipping availability, charges, estimated delivery times, and other shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Product Availability

All subscription products are subject to availability.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we may delay, skip, or cancel the affected order or subscription. When appropriate, we will notify you using the contact information associated with your subscription.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your authorization.

Product and Price Changes

Product prices, availability, packaging, quantities, and other product details may change over time.

If the price of a subscription product changes, the updated price may apply to future recurring orders. When required, we will provide notice before charging the updated amount.

You may cancel your subscription before the next order is processed if you do not wish to continue at the updated price.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same return eligibility requirements as other Pharmaquipt orders.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically initiate a return or refund. Any return or refund request for an order that has already been processed is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Communications

By starting a subscription, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your subscription, including order confirmations, upcoming order notices, payment notifications, subscription changes, and cancellation confirmations.

These transactional messages are necessary to administer your subscription and are separate from optional marketing communications.

Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply to future subscription orders as permitted by applicable law. If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice when required.
