Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase an eligible product from Pharmaquipt using Subscribe & Save 5%. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How Your Subscription Works

When you start a subscription, you authorize Pharmaquipt to automatically create recurring orders and charge your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery frequency.

Your subscription continues until canceled. There is no minimum number of orders or long-term commitment. You may skip an upcoming order or cancel future renewals through your subscription portal before the scheduled charge is processed.

There are no subscription sign-up, membership, or administrative fees. You pay for your subscription products and applicable taxes, with free shipping.

Subscription Prices and Discounts

Eligible subscription products receive our standard 5% subscription discount. The discount applies to the regular product price and does not apply to taxes.

Subscription prices may change when regular product prices change. The 5% subscription discount continues to apply to eligible products.

We will notify you of a price increase at least seven calendar days before charging the increased amount, or earlier where required by applicable law. You may skip the upcoming order or cancel before its scheduled charge is processed.

Additional discount codes and promotions may be combined with the subscription discount only when permitted by the specific promotion. Eligibility is shown when the code is applied. A promotion applied to one order does not necessarily apply to future recurring orders.

Upcoming Order Reminders and Payments

We send an email reminder seven calendar days before each scheduled recurring charge. The reminder includes the scheduled charge date, subscription products, product prices, subscription total, and a link to manage your subscription.

Your selected payment method is charged automatically for the subscription products and applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated by Shopify when your order is processed.

Subscription orders receive the same free shipping as one-time orders, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Please keep your email address, shipping address, and payment information current.

Managing Your Subscription

Use the secure subscription-management link in your subscription emails to:

Skip an upcoming order.
Change your next scheduled order date.
Change your delivery frequency.
Update your shipping address.
Update your payment information through the available secure process.
Cancel your subscription.

To affect an upcoming order, complete your changes through the subscription portal before its scheduled charge is processed. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Skipping and Canceling

Skipping affects only the selected upcoming order. Your subscription remains active, and subsequent orders continue according to its schedule unless you make another change.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. If you need help with an order already created, please contact us promptly. Order cancellation, returns, and refunds are subject to our applicable policies and your statutory rights.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and provide access to update your payment information. Our configured payment-recovery process allows up to three additional attempts, scheduled two days apart.

If payment remains unsuccessful after the retry attempts, your subscription will be paused. The affected order will not ship unless payment succeeds. Please use your subscription portal or contact us for help resolving a payment issue or resuming your subscription.

Product Availability

If a subscription item is temporarily unavailable, we will skip that item for the affected renewal, notify you, and keep the subscription active for its next scheduled date.

If a product is permanently discontinued, we will cancel the affected subscription item and notify you.

Any payment collected for an item we cannot fulfill will be refunded. We will not substitute another product without your authorization.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship to the address associated with your subscription. Shipping availability, delivery estimates, and other conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

The scheduled charge date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Each subscription delivery follows our standard Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day period from delivery to request an eligible unopened return, applicable fees and exclusions, and assistance for wrong, damaged, or defective items.

Returning an order does not cancel your subscription. Cancel future renewals separately through your subscription portal if you no longer wish to continue.

Subscription Communications and Privacy

We send service communications needed to administer your subscription, including confirmations, upcoming-charge reminders, payment-failure notices, and subscription-change or cancellation confirmations. These are separate from optional marketing communications.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. We will provide advance notice of material changes affecting active subscriptions and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
