Instructions for Cold Use:

• Place the ice pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours
• Remove from the freezer
• Secure in the removable cover, snapping the cover snaps on each end
• Apply to the area to be treated
• WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes

Instructions for Heated Use:

• Remove the fabric cover
• Place the gel pack only in a microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time
• Temperature should not exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit
• Remove from microwave and secure in the fabric cover, snapping the cover snaps on each end
• Apply to the area to be treated
• WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
• WARNING: Fabric cover contains aluminum snaps and is NOT microwave safe
